         A vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machine that uses an exciter to vibrate a chute so that the materials in the chute can slide or throw in a certain direction.         How is the conveying trough of the vibration conveyor installed? See details below:

(1) The straightness deviation of the conveying trough shall not be greater than 3/1000 and the length of 10m shall not exceed 5-8mm; the longitudinal unevenness shall be greater than 1/1000; the horizontal deviation shall not be greater than 0, 5/1000;

(2) The flange connection of the conveying trough should be tight and firm, without soft padding, and the dislocation at the point of contact with the material should not be greater than 0,5mm;

(3) After the installation of the horizontal conveying trough is completed, the level of the bottom of the conveying trough should meet the output end slightly lower than the feed end 0-3mm;

(4) The connection part of the inlet and outlet of the vibration conveyor shall not cause the phenomenon of restricting vibration。

        Vibration conveyors are widely used for conveying powdered and granular materials in metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other industries。
